Painful Periods

Post by Alice on Wed Mar 10, 2010 5:23 pm

I suffered long time of menstrual pain sometimes unbearable. I tested the whole arsenal of drugs available, but can not really avoid pain. Around 30 years old, after my first degree of Reiki, I started to put my hands at the first signs indicating the arrival of pain. :Friend:

The effect was immediate and I felt the pain pumping out with my hands. My stomach was both cold and tingling. But the pain virtually absent, even in reducing pain-killers. I went to delete them. I also noticed that the bleeding before plentiful declined sharply since then, so that I no longer suffer from anemia. Very Happy

Reiki is without doubt a wonderful tool for women facing this kind of pain. I wanted to know if you experience changes related to your periods since the arrival of Reiki in your life?

Yes! I do the same thing, Alice, when it comes to cramps. It's so much better to apply Reiki than to take ibuprofen, etc., and the effect is long-lasting. I find that once I treat myself at the first signs of discomfort at the start of my period, I have no discomfort for the remainder of my period. Also, I have noticed a marked change in my flow. Another remarkable benefit of Reiki.

I use Reiki when the cramping during my period is painful - actually since using reiki, cramping has been greatly reduced (the more I use it, the better the results!... now if I could only apply that to the rest of my life lol)

It certainly is wonderful Smile
