    Hi everyone
    Over the years I have had some tough times (like most of us) and hardened myself against the harsh knocks in life. Since finding Reiki over a year ago I have managed to be more relaxed and believe in myself and try to stay true to myself. I am now quite sensitive and thoughtful and when I let my guard down find that many people now take advantage of my state of mind. I seem to attract manipulative controlling people! Has anyone esle had the same experience (it cant just be me!)

    How can I use Reiki to protect myself from being hurt and vunerable?

    Dear Uriel,

    Sorry to hear that.

    It is true that Reiki gives us much much more calm and serenity.
    But if you have problem with others you should use the SHK symbol very often.

    - Tracing it mentally between you and those persons.

    - Or when you give yourself Reiki, treat the head and visualize the emotional symbol SHK. Will harmonize you.

    - Or surrounding yourself with four SHK in the morning to protect yourself for the day.

    - you can trace it on a perper too and keep it in a pocket or else, etc…

    There’s many ways to use and to help yourself with Reiki and Reiki symbols.

    Let me know what you thin about it.

    Reiki has a way of bring up shadow issues to be healed. If you need help negativing them contact me, I have way too much experience with shadow work, lol!

    You are drawing these people into your life for a reason. If there is one thing that I have learned about the reality we experience, it's that the world is a mirror reflection of our most inner thoughts and beliefs - conscious and subconscious. Seth, from Seth Speaks and Seth Material talks about this in his books in more detail. You need to get rid of the belief that you are easily controlled and manipulated by others. Use Reiki to help you rid yourself of this hard-coded belief!
