I was wondering if the healing videos you find on youtube work. On one hand I guess yes cause the intent is important then again I think you should focus on one person while healing.

Yes, Some are not bad at all. I even downloaded one for my Traditional Usui Reiki" Page:

You have to set your intent on your particular problem, and receive.
Try it.
Of course, it's better to receive from a Reiki practitioner specially for the person and his personal case. but it can be an interesting experience.

I definitely felt something in my crown chakra but I think it was to short to really help.
