I have a request to you....I am not getting sensation in my hand when i used to reiki....please give me such type of energy so that i could feel a sensation. As through sensation i will be able to know that I am doing some thing worthful when i am using reiki. please help.

ya i know that energy is flowing through my hand...but sometimes i feel not good as i don't feel any sensation in my hand..
could you please tell me means of "Chi Balls"????

I would like to tell you that as you advice me to do "chi ball" process. I was doing it from last three days. and today i feel some energy between my hand as a shape of ball. AS i spread my hand it also spread till limited distance and as i joint my both hand slowly slowly then it also comes and sink with my hand and take a shape of ball when my hand is very closer.
But now i want to ask you that till now i am not getting heat in my hand during reiki session. please tell me that i am going in right direction or something. Or i will feel it after some time by doing regular practice of "chi ball".

Please continue for a while the practice of the "Chi Ball" technique, so that you can get used to the sensation of energy in your hands.

Don't worry, you are on the right direction

As for the heat in the hands, you will surely feel it while treating people or yourself in the near future.

You can also use the Byosen technique later.

Byosen Reikan is a technique to detect energy of a disease with your hands.
But it's maybe it's too soon for you right now.

Do you treat other people or only yourself?

I am asking this, for you have to be aware that we feel a bit less on oneself that, on somebody else's body.
But of course it is not less effective.

Don't forget to draw the CKR symbol in your palms before giving yourself a treatment, it will enhance the energy of your hands.

I make symbol of chokure in my mind and then in my palm....and after that seheki and then honshajhe sho nen in my mind.... and after that I request to reiki to heal all my 24 chakras in the sequence of lowest energy to highest energy and after request i used to go into meditative state for around 25minute.....please let me know that i am doing right process ??? and then i used to harmonizing my chakras...and when i go to sleep then i used to cleanse,energise and balance to my chakras..... thats the whole process i do.

today, one of my friend came to me and said to me that i want reiki....he was in headache....then i gave him reiki....and after 20 minutes of healing .... he says that i am out of pain almost 90%.
