Using Raku in treatments - advice please Empty Using Raku in treatments - advice please

Hi

I was taught that using the Raku symbol was for passing 3rd degree attunements. Recently a lady who came to my Reiki share used it to earth and close down someone after a treatment. She did not cleanse the aura or balance and felt this replaced it. She said this was something she had learned recently. She described it as doing a zigzag down their back, although we are both Masters she did not use the words Raku.

So I decided to look into it more.

I work on the Traditional Usui branch and, although I personally sometimes tweak stuff when I do it instinctively, I don't teach out my personal tweaks as I feel it is personal and works best for me.

Does anyone else do this? Does it totally replace the balancing and aura cleansing? Is this just someone's personal preference or general practice?

Also, I guess it is just Master's doing this and not 1st and 2nd degree attunements.

I have found that people use the Hui Yin when giving treatments, and after trying it myself, have found it effective in focusing the energy.

Any general opinions etc would be appreciated.

Thanks Very Happy

I use the Raku Kei master symbol for all my treatments. It simply brings in more energy.
I've also used in on some one that just passed and someone about to pass. Both times pointing up.
Both time the energy intuitively prompted the use. I hope you get the answer needed.
