Hello to all members and visitors
My name is Philippa and I am so pleased to have been introduced to this new forum through the facebook group. I love online networking and trust my intuition to connect me to the people I need in my life, or that need me. I am hopelessly devoted to Love and have huge faith that Love is the strongest force known in the Universe. It guides my everday actions and reactions and know that Divine Right Action is always taking place in my life.
Reiki is a huge part of my life, although it is not what I do for a living. I practise Reiki part-time and when requested by another. As suggested by Dr. Usui, I always charge a fee for my services, albeit sometimes minimal. Some clients I have had are dogs 6000 miles away from where I live and I am led to believe that my distant healing was in fact, very helpful.
I live on the Southern Coast of South Africa, a mere 20km's away from the Southern Right Whales and Great White Sharks which are internationally famous, here in Walker Bay, where both Hermanus and De Kelders offer the best land-based whale-watching in the world. I do communicate from time to time with these great creatures and am humbled by the opportunities I have to both see them and tell others about them.
I would walk to the ends of the Earth to protect my dogs, cats and husband (in that order) and I spread the word about the conservation of birds whenever I get the opportunity. Each year I spend a lot of time online marketing the Stanford Glendower Bird Fair and I run my Stanford Birding Photographic Competition, with great prizes, to encourage people to take a keen interest in both birds and their habitat conservation.
By choice I have no children as I believe the world as we know it has enough people, and rather than be part of the problem, I choose to be part of the solution.
My personal catch phrase is: "The Existential Paradox of Life is to be afraid of Love, when all there is, is Love and Fear."
