    Good Morning Everyone.

    I hae just joined this forum in the hope to learn a little about Reiki. I recently undergone some lifesytle changes and would like to explore something new. Someone recomonded Reiki to me so I thought I would try it.

    To be honest I do not know much about meditiation and Reiki and I am here to learn about it. I cannot go to any classes as I live in a very remote area. So any starting advice would be appericated.
