Hello Everyone

Just thought I would say a quick hello. My name is Alison but like to be called Ali please. Stumbled across this site on Face Book and very pleased I did.
I like to follow the Buddhist way of life and their beliefs. I have been recieving Reiki for a few years on and off now, usually when things have been tough. It took me a while to realise that it was beneficial to have it when times were good as well as when they were not. I guess it was something I came to rely on when things were tough...............which is ok but you dont then get to see or feel the true benefits. I hope that makes sense.
I am at present nearly 36 weeks pregnant, with my baby girl. The first girl. I have 2 boys who are now 17 and 19. I know I must be mad lol. It has not been an easy pregnancy, think it must be my age, as the health care pro keeps telling me at 40 I am not as young as I used to be. I am currently receiving Reiki every week to help me through this pregnancy and hopefully with that and Meditation the birth should be much more relaxed. Well I have gone on long enough and am just popping round the site now to have a glood look around. Thanks for having me here. Look forward to meeting you all. Peace be . Ali xx
