    I am originally from another forum that Divine Light frequented.

    I remember she said about a Reiki Forum so finding my old one on/near its last breath after a long break I decided to follow!

    I am restarting my Reiki after a long period of inactivity and I hope to get the engery flowing once more.

    That's fine you are taking up Reiki again, it will do you lots of good.

    As Uriel just said, the flow will come back to you very quickly indeed. Practice a lot, do self treatment as much possible too.
