Reiki tips

Hi all Reiki friend,

I am a qualified Reiki Master and teacher.
Here a tip about doing Reiki...
If you like to treat yourself and others with your Reiki powers, I have learned that the fingertips are most powerful with healing the body and soul.
If you put your fingertips on a certain area on your body it will heal your body much quicker and its more effective then just using the whole hands. If you like you can also hold your palms on you or just above of your body or that of a person and point your fingertips a bit down. Like the fingers should be bend like bit like curved must they be and you are flowting your fingers over your body or that of a patients.
Well, that is what I have found out.

Visual Reiki works too, if you are looking at a injury and you are looking with your eyes onto the injury then you can treat it with your eyevision. This has worked by me and why you not try it out.
I think it will also help by others.
